Specification:
1. Adopts hydraulic loading system to load heavy jumbo roll onto unwind stand.3" or 6" air expanding shaft is workable.
2. Adopts magnetic brake and auto tension controller to keep constant tension for machine working.
3. Adopts ultrasonic EPC web guide system to keep material edge in straight line.
4. Adopts alarming device for jumbo roll change,it will automatically make alarm when diameter is getting smaller and run out.When jumbo roll is run out,machine will stop automatically.
5. Adopts pre-heating system for paper drying before printing.
6. Adopts double rubber nipper for paper feeding,pressure adjustment is controlled by pneumatic cylinder.
7. Adopts Ceramic Anilox roller for ink transferring and doctor blade reverse scrap ink.
8. Anilox roller and printing cylinder can be open or close by pneumatic,they will be separated automatically when it stops.
9. Adopts automatic ink-supply pump to ensure ink used in recycle and consistence of ink color on material.
10. It has a function of automatic cleaning printing plate.When machine stops and anilox roller is separated from printing plate,printing roller will continuous running to transfer ink to paper,so that makes printing plate clean.
11. Adopts infrared wave inside drying oven,temperature is adjustable.
12. Adopts regulating device for Inlet air and outlet air.
13. Adopts PLC control system,which has function of self-diagnosis and monitor working status.
14. Running speed can be adjusted at multiple points.
